Unity 6 is amazing: demonstration of a new game engine

Unity Technologies has introduced a new version of its Unity 6 engine, as well as a new set of tools and products based on artificial intelligence — Unity Cloud.


Players can now expect higher performance. Like Unreal Engine 5, Unity 6 uses SpeedTree integrations, resulting in better lighting. A new WebGPU graphical backend was also announced, which will allow you to launch games directly in the browser, and the Unity Cloud ecosystem, which is in early access.
